I can confirm its in 360p resolution here too Cadgy, very very low quality, its not the phones or PC like others are pointing out, I can go watch something in 4k no issues, My internet on the PC is 896mb, my 5g speed on my phone is 400mb. The issue is with the video uploads. The video is way to garbled at 360p to watch through mate. There's not even an option to view it in an higher resolution.
This is gonna hard to explain to people so listen up 🤣 when you upload a video in 4k to RUclips it goes threw checks checks can take up to 2 hours to complete so when RUclips is ready the realise the video in the highest quality not much I can do about it
Watching paint dry is better than cory lol, also my mates company was Scuf my wife still works there any knackered controllers send em over I get em fixed

Glad it’s not just me. Yesterdays video was the same and no issues with ny other videos, or my WiFi/youtube etc
If you go on yesterdays video now you can watch it in 4k I think the reason it’s taking longer is because of how long the video is
