Hasn’t trained herself to hit those notes. Most likely had help in the studio. She can probably get there but most artist are afraid to risk it, or can do it one night but then need recovery for days lol. She’ll get up there or maybe her stage production dj will add more background vocals to help it seem she is hitting the high notes.
Also this was one of the songs she sang later into the concert so her voice was a big drained and she was tired as everyone gets tired and drained after jumping around for 2 hours :)

That sounds nothing like the record, I mean in terms of technique, her notes don't last long here and they're sung very sharply.
