That nightmare sequence in American Werewolf is completely nuts and totally shocked me the first time I saw it 😆
Can someone tell me what exactly in the film was ai, like was it long scenes
It was the tv title cards and I believe some of the paparazzi photos of Jack.
@@MikeMJPMUNCH thanks
Try Eden Lake- that will scare the crap out of you- no one ever mentions it.
This comment section fucking sucks. Y’all are making these huge sweeping statements while knowing nothing about these guys or the process of making this movie. Being cautious about AI is fine but to insinuate they have no respect for filmmaking or artists is pretty absurd.
I’m sorry but a person who uses AI art in their movie is not a person who respects artists or art in general (that includes filmmaking) and people who do care about movies have a right to call these guys out no matter how harsh their “huge sweeping statements” are, it’s not absurd it’s accurate.
@@haterxhaterrcringe
they didn't want to pay human artists
@@gregevigan well then that's fine they can do that, but that makes them people who have no respect for art
@@AllsWellInHell you're cringe
So, jump scares.
i wonder if anyone’s gonna mention the ai…
you just did
12 angry men or lord of the flies are the best
Truly repulsed by the AI. Saving what... $500 bucks for an artist? Even then from descriptions its mostly wallpaper, either cut it if you can't afford it, or pay your workers!! It's doing decently BO wise, for the on demand release, do an edit?
Seems very simple, but the big orgs want an onslaught of AI as soon as possible. I don't even know if I'll be interested in watching modern movies in 2-5 years.
Yall should’ve asked them why they used ai art in their movie
There's a longer interview with them - just linked in the caption, where they address the use of AI.
@@LetterboxdHQ addresslol
Shame on these two. AI image generation has no place in film. Dislike
AI stans
You know nothing about the process of how this film was made and the choices as to why AI was used in the film, you just want to jump on the band wagon and claim AI is bad when you actually don’t have an opinion on the subject? You are a feeble minded sheep who has nothing important to offer in this discourse.
@@TheMuMesonArchives wrong.
Was really excited for this film, but the use of ai ruined the hype. Keep that shit out of movies please
!!!
These guys have no respect for filmmaking and artists.
Cringe comment.
Lmao
What a disgraceful comment.
Did you see the amount of work that went into making this independent film. You are willing to cancel 100s of artists who worked tirelessly on this project just because there was a tiny bit of AI creativity involved. You know NOTHING about what it takes to make a film and I’d like to see you do better with or without AI. How embarrassing for you.
They still put more work into art and filmmaking than you ever will lol
