You've become my comfort-channel, love seeing all that you get up to, and hearing the stories associated with what you make. I am slowly working my way through your old episodes... For the sweater, would it help you to repeat some of the yoke colorwork on the sleeves or bottom? Sometimes that can be really pretty, even if it's just a simplified version. I've just finished some Gudrun socks because I wanted to try the heel construction (loved it). And now I'm knitting triangles, which I intend to turn into pillow covers using some block quilting patterns (an idea that you inspired). I'm trying to work through some of the yarn I bought more than 20 years ago, unfortunately most of it is cheap acrylics.
Thank you for your kind comment! I suppose I could add some colorwork to the bottom of the body or sleeves. I kind of like it better plain, though we'll see how the yarn holds out...
