Andrea - PLEASE take care of yourself! You are in the midst of a very stressful - although exciting and joyful - time. Rest. Rest. Rest. And Lots of warm/hot water with honey and lemon. Also adding vapor/moisture to your sleep environment might help. We all would understand if you missed a week - or two!
First and foremost take care of yourself. We will miss you but will look forward to seeing you in your new home!! I also wanted to note that your pattern help email is amazing and very responsive!
If you’re still coughing please see a doc I have a cough for two weeks and had to get a nebuliser treatment and now I have to take antibiotics and an inhaler . Stay well ❤
Missing a couple of weeks would be self care extraordinaire! Please be as generous to yourself as you are to us. I remember when you had to take several months off to restore your health, and I'm so glad you did. And you weren't moving at the time! Once the house is empty, savor your family and the drive...and B R E A T H E..
This is why I love to listen to your program. You explained how to choose a substitute yarn ie. grams or yardage, adjusting pattern or choose a different pattern.. Thank you. Your experience and information is gold.
Moving is always an adventure and takes more energy then one thinks. Please take good care of yourself and if go quiet for the # of weeks it takes to feel better & move, we will be here when you return. Rest is hard but so so good for us all when in stressful periods.
Another great resource for top down sweaters is by Ann Budd. You start with a swatch and she has grids with stitch counts based on size and stitches per inch.
Take care of yourself and have a great move! Some additional advice from another curvy knitter, I use my upper bust measurement to choose ease. Also, try working a drop shoulder from the top down if extra length is needed in the front.
Wanted to let you know I got my first support spindle at the MN fiber festival last month. I’m having a good time spinning. On Halloween that’s what I did while waiting for the kiddos to come for candy.
I hope you feel better soon. Your dedication to your followers and your work is amazing. Please take good care of yourself and enjoy your move. God bless you ❤
Good luck with your move, hope you can get better. I also listen to a lot of audio books. A very good friend who went blind turned me on to them, as I fall asleep reading. Also makes cleaning a lot better. ❤

I have used the pattern help email that Andrea mentioned on the last page of the pattern. It was So Helpful, and my question was answered within 24 hours!
I also don't like drop shoulder sweaters, not because of the ease, but because you get a seam on the widest part of the arm, which I'm not trying to draw attention to.
Please care for yourself 1st & foremost. Your cough sounds like one I have which has turned into bronchitis. Please get checked by your Dr. We will be here waiting for your return after you have moved & are well again.

To cure a cold, rest and restore. If you don't it will turn into Pheumonia or something like that and you end up in hospital. Take heed please.
What are your favorite books that you have listened too. I love Audible too.
