And seems like she's struggle when singing in low note. For example on Izone debut stage where Chaewon sing rumor, u can clearly hear on "Oh Na Na Na" part, which is originally murasae sae part that sing by Chaewon sound a bit childish or seems doesnt fit low tone sexy voice for that part. Which make that part sounds more cute rather than sexy. And where she sing Wonyong part in Violeta due to wonyoung absent seems not suit her cause the key was too low for her perhaps? I was honestly SO MAD when eunbi was chosen to be the main vocal by sian and shihyun just because she was more stable and she could dance better while singing. i heard chowon singing rumor's high note in a short clip and i was like, "you chose eunbi's voice over this?" and then it happened again, when eunbi got the main vocal for the final song... and then got criticized by the trainers because she lacked emotion and asked chowon to demonstrate how her voice was supposed to sound. if she got a chance to be rumor's main vocal, she would have made it into IZONE. no hate to eunbi though, it's just gonna be painful to watch as chowon rots in cube's basement.

If only Yunjin got to show more! Her and Chowon are my top 2 vocals. Their tones are music to my ears, good control too but Yunjin sadly didn't get to show it much but her pitch can go so high, she's an opera singer

I think Yuri/Yunjin are 2 best vocalists of produce 48 now. Yuri's vocal range is Eb3-G#5~C6 and support at Bb3-A4/Bb4, sometimes support at B4. I know back then in 2019 Yuri's vocal wasn't that good, but she just improved so fast and now she is one of the best gen 4 vocalists for sure.
I almost completely disagree with this ranking since i would put yunjin first and yuri second they have the best in terms of range emotion and stability. chowon is great too but not as good as yuri or yunjin love the versatility in thoughts opinions and rankings ive seen everywhere though this is fun

i remember eunbi kicked chowon from main vocal to sub vocal 9. and while she was practicing her 3 words she was listening to eunbi. and i just thought how eunbi literally sounded like she was screaming. idk her tone is kinda high with no husk or undertone to it and it sounds shrill to the point where high notes just sound like straight up whining. but ig that’s just preference.
Chowon definitely didn’t have the best technique in Pd48 at all. She constantly strained and pushed her notes to make them seem bigger and louder as well as lowering her larynx when ever she went above an A4. She also lacked support above that as well and was always inconsistent with support. Some other gripes I have is that you rank emotion even though that is a personal preference. I could say that someone has amazing emotion and brought me to tears in one song and another person could say that they didn’t feel anything. Also range does not indicate a good singer, and Chowon was never shown to have a larger range than either Yuri or Yunjin who are the best when it comes to head voice. Chaeyeon is one of the best dancer and all but she is so overrated as a vocalist. She is nasally, lacks power and has unrecognizable tone. Hitting notes doesn't make you a great singer. Even gyuri, yujin , yena and chaewon is better than her. Do you know why chaewon always gets the chorus ? Because she has a very distinct voice that stands out . And she is stable af. Chaeyeon stans just wants her to top in everything. She is a complete idol. She can sing , dance , rap but she is not vocally gifted as she is in dance.

hi i personally think that chaewon is a great vocal, she is way better than eunbi and chaeyeon (i luv these 2 tho) she is capable of performing any genre of song. gircrush (rumor) and ofcourse, the fun ones (airplane + more). her expressions are the best. I'm rewatching pd48 for the nth time and still can't believe how Chowon hard carried BOOMBAYAH team T-T. No hate to the members tho, i love Hyewon's bravery for volunteering since no one wanted to do the main rapper part and the way they lift up each other and even won despite being the 'leftover' team.

They both are more stable and are treated like lead vocalists. Yena can hit high notes really high and yujin has a better support to hit the notes, withou strain. Is cleary that eunbi is the second, she sing some notes with yuri (watch violeta fancam), she always have lines, even in japanese songs, chaeyeon is fluent but eunbi still getting more lines, she sing pre-chorus and chorus, always she sing the same parts of yuri (like in up), she also has a high note in up. Her technique is a bit nasally but she still with a better technique than chaeyeon. She can do a powerful falsetto. ChaeWON (Woolin) has one of the best techniques,is the most stable and was be trained to be a main vocal, she is better than chaeyeon. But she need improve, even with a good technique she stain some high notes (in "to reach you" she strain the note, even nako hit this note better), alsp she need more power (in "la vie en rose" her notes are more higher tham eunbi's and chaeyeon's notes but she make the notes like a normal note, we cant feel the power, is like eunbi's and chaeyeon's notes are higher but they arent). So the main vocals of izone are: Yuri>Eunbi>ChaeWON Yuri is the only main vocal but if the group has more than 1 main vocal it should be eunbi and chaewon.

I think Yunjin having a problem with her range is just wrong. She has a lot of experience and a wide range. Her low notes are great and especially her high ones. I mean she was the Carlotta in The Phantom of the opera and she nailed it
i liked chowon and I can't wait for her to debut in the sister group to idle but Chaeyeon was always being pushed for good reason as a talent trainee that was not going to make it because shes not as pretty or the Korean type. Cubes strategy to have a bad audition then surprise people worked great just not in time to save her.

(It was so hard to choose between Yunjin and Chowon, i like Chowon tone more and the emotion she puts in song is just incredible, but Yunjin has a wilder range and a better technique in my opinion, like, she is a opera singer, and she's really good with emotions, but the two are the best produce 48 vocalist, is so sad that Yunjin is so underrated tho)

Chaeyeon is one of the best dancer and all but she is so overrated as a vocalist. She is nasally, lacks power and has unrecognizable tone. Hitting notes doesn't make you a great singer. Even gyuri, yujin , yena and chaewon is better than her. Do you know why chaewon always gets the chorus ? Because she has a very distinct voice that stands out . And she is stable af. Chaeyeon stans just wants her to top in everything. She is a complete idol. She can sing , dance , rap but she is not vocally gifted as she is in dance.

i really enjoyed this video!! i made a vocal ranking for izone as well so i was interested in seeing how much we agreed or disagreed. we actually agree quite a bit, especially with miyu. i personally would put haesol lower but otherwise we do agree mostly!!
Yunjin, Haesol, and Chowon are the holy trinity of vocals.
hi i personally think that chaewon is a great vocal, she is way better than eunbi and chaeyeon (i luv these 2 tho) she is capable of performing any genre of song. gircrush (rumor) and ofcourse, the fun ones (airplane + more). her expressions are the best. I think that she has the best vocal in pd48 (and izone) aside from yuri and haeyoon.
i also thinkkk that haeyoon is the best vocalist over all

I'm rewatching pd48 for the nth time and still can't believe how Chowon hard carried BOOMBAYAH team T-T. No hate to the members tho, i love Hyewon's bravery for volunteering since no one wanted to do the main rapper part and the way they lift up each other and even won despite being the 'leftover' team.

Accutally chaeyeon isnt in izone vocal line. So yena, yujin, chaewon and eunbi are all better but like 1st lead vocal and one of the better vocalists in the show eunbi is the only (with yuri) that can be in the list, she need improve her technique to show more her sing skills but she still the 2nd better in izone. I dont think chaeyeon is higher than eunbi, minji and go eun.

Animaisinhos fofos I would disagree because to me Chaeyeon is very clearly in the vocal line and is better than Yujin and Yena. I also think that she is better than Eunbi, but I can see why people think otherwise,
@@NatWarrior1 Chaeyeon acctually dont has chorus and pre-chorus, lines, etc. Yujin has a better technique, i think in terms of technique she is the third in izone and also yena has a better tecnique. They both are more stable and are treated like lead vocalists. Yena can hit high notes really high and yujin has a better support to hit the notes, withou strain. Is cleary that eunbi is the second, she sing some notes with yuri (watch violeta fancam), she always have lines, even in japanese songs, chaeyeon is fluent but eunbi still getting more lines, she sing pre-chorus and chorus, always she sing the same parts of yuri (like in up), she also has a high note in up. Her technique is a bit nasally but she still with a better technique than chaeyeon. She can do a powerful falsetto. ChaeWON (Woolin) has one of the best techniques,is the most stable and was be trained to be a main vocal, she is better than chaeyeon. But she need improve, even with a good technique she stain some high notes (in "to reach you" she strain the note, even nako hit this note better), alsp she need more power (in "la vie en rose" her notes are more higher tham eunbi's and chaeyeon's notes but she make the notes like a normal note, we cant feel the power, is like eunbi's and chaeyeon's notes are higher but they arent).
So the main vocals of izone are: Yuri>Eunbi>ChaeWON
Yuri is the only main vocal but if the group has more than 1 main vocal it should be eunbi and chaewon.

I think Yunjin having a problem with her range is just wrong. She has a lot of experience and a wide range. Her low notes are great and especially her high ones. I mean she was the Carlotta in The Phantom of the opera and she nailed it

i liked chowon and I can't wait for her to debut in the sister group to idle but Chaeyeon was always being pushed for good reason as a talent trainee that was not going to make it because shes not as pretty or the Korean type. Cubes strategy to have a bad audition then surprise people worked great just not in time to save her.

i think chowon would be iz*one's main vocal if the show wasn't rigged. the fact that her rank was getting higher and higher as the show goes on made it really fishy when she didn't made it to the final cut. she was a black horse with a lot of stuff under her sleeves jokes on the show for wasting her :((
