    do you have non-motorized versions? And does your motorized version work with alexa yet?

    • @VIVOus
      @VIVOus  2 года назад

      Our largest non-motorized flip-down ceiling mount is MOUNT-M-FD37B, which can hold a TV up to 37" in size: amzn.to/3hx5T3C
      We're looking into smart home compatibility, but do not have anything to announce at this time. A simple firmware update is unfortunately not enough to make this work, so a redesign of the electronic control system is needed for compatibility to be added in.

    When I fully install this could I take the tv off and put it somewhere else? We’re planning on moving in a year and was hoping to purchase it this year and install then take it to the new house

    • @VIVOus
      @VIVOus  2 года назад

      Yes, it's possible to remove the TV and then take the mount off the ceiling to install somewhere else.

    what happens if you have a power outage? will the tv fall down?

    • @VIVOus
      @VIVOus  2 года назад

      If there's a power outage, the TV will stay in the same position. Once power is restored, the mount will operate normally.

    For the tilt can you set it to stop anywhere between 0 and 70°? I want to put it on a angled ceiling.

    • @VIVOus
      @VIVOus  2 года назад +1

      Yes, the mount has two programmable memory settings to stop at any point, and it also has a function for setting a maximum tilt for angled ceilings.

    I bought 3 units and 2 units beep 3 times and wont flip down - l have tried everything. I unplugged plugged back in pressed ok then arrow down - nothing. PLEASE HEELP

      We're sorry this is happening! Since you're getting 3 double beeps, you likely have the previous version with the IR sensor. We would suggest first performing a belt reset as shown in the following video: ruclips.net/video/MzLJHz4TZrc/видео.html
      After this is finished, reset each mount by holding the 1 button on the remote for 5 seconds a total of 6 times while aiming at the mount's IR sensor. It should automatically retract fully, then drop down until the mount has determined the minimum height. Once that's finished, press the OK button to reactivate the mount (it will raise to the ceiling and then be ready for full operation).

    Why does the power cord come out of the front of the mount?

    • @VIVOus
      @VIVOus  2 года назад

      It's to keep the cord and internal wiring away from the motor and belt system.

    How loud is it and how long does it take?

    • @VIVOus
      @VIVOus  3 года назад +2

      The sound level is under 60dB (quieter than normal speaking volume), and it takes about a minute to go fully up or down.
