No yuk hate that dull color maybe because my natural hair cokor is dirty blonde sorry i love the brights sunny happy look the or are the platinum mix with yellow tones sorty other that that good job but i would of put some ash tones

Do you shampoo out the toner or can you just rinse and condition?
Okaaaaaaay..... I'm convinced now to try dropping my volume. I have always used 20vol to do my roots, but I still get breakage because the hair that gets bleach put on first has the mixture sitting on for a relatively long time. I try to mitigate this by switching which side I do first, and by doing the front and back of my head on different days. But looking at how dark your client's hair is, and seeing the lift you got with 7 and 13 volume, holy damn, I think I'll try it your way.
