In India it is prohibited to arrest women with children at Night and especially bringing kids to the police Station. One female Police Inspector and her subordinates had arrested a female defendant and brought her to the police station at midnight with her baby. And the judge was furious and he scolded not only the IP but the whole crew of the police station and the lawyer as well. She didn't have any reasonable facts to justify her actions on arresting the lady and she was suspended indefinitely and others got station transfers. And rightfully so. Any courtroom demands a professional attire from its lawyers, the LEO's need to be in uniform, and the people respectfully dressed. If ANY LEO/lawyer brings a defendant in, not suitably attired, it reduces the whole integrity of the system & reflects on the court. Judge should have levied immediate fines on all the attorneys as well as the LEOs for contempt. They KNOWINGLY disrespected the citizen & the court. $1000 each. Make the point.

I was amazed at the judge for stepping up also.
One time I got arrested and had no shirt and shoes, the jail was going to let me out like that during the winter and they didnt want to give me a ride(cops) and the sheriff had a court order for them to drop me off but the cops said " nope" and it pissed off the sheriff so he had to take me home (Page Arizona cops don't like Navajo) shout out to the cool sheriff's
From what I've heard this is a very common thing in jail. It will take them up to weeks to bring you what you asked for.
BS. Maybe in a precinct holding cell, but not jail. In jail you get processed. Stripped, searched, showered and reclothed in county jail inmate clothes.
Still fucks me up when someone is in distress being embarrassed getting harassed people will pull out they phone to record shit fucken ridiculous

I watched the show. It turns out, the security guard’s daughter actually died while trying to put on pants which is why he acts the way he does.

Do not abuse the authority that has been given to you. The authority is to serve the public not to oppress them.
With all the stories I hear about corruption in India it nice to hear a story of a judge with integrity.
@@Kishanth.Jcorruption exists everywhere. Still there are people who will try to do the right thing
@@Kishanth.J Corruption not only exists in India but everywhere at some point. I am from Sri Lanka, neighborhood of India. In 2022, our state was forced to declare that the State of Sri Lanka is officially bankrupt and cannot pay its debt back to debt holders. All bcoz a corrupted political family took the power and destroyed the whole economy to the ground but we stood stronger as citizens and today lkr our currency is one of the best performing currencies and inflation has fallen from 70% to 2-3%. Official FR has increased. Tourists arrival has boosted. There is a huge need but as individuals we all have our own responsibilities as well. When we fulfill them individually the whole community will be more and more stronger than ever.
@@kasunmahesh1862 I know, my family is Sri Lankan, my parent left Sri Lanka during the civil war. I was not suggesting corruption doesn’t exist out side of India, I have seen plenty on corruption but n Canada from federal government to local community centres. My reason for my comment is cause I hear a lot of stories about corruption and abuse based of of class, race, religion, position of authority, and my least favourite caste. The problem is good stories rarely get talked about. Almost everyone want to say how bad things are. So to hear some stories of people with integrity is great.
In real life he gets a 2 day suspension
No, in real life he would lose his job and face charges. Courtroom is pretty much a sacred place in the justice system. Pulling a gun there like that can't be forgiven.

This actually happened, well not exactly like this but there’s a video of a lady in court without pants and the woman judge was pissed!!
Clever misappropriation. In real life, it was the defense attorney who complained about the lack of pants. The prosecutor was disciplined over it.
What season and episode is this?
This happened a couple of years ago in court. The Judge was not happy.

Shit went south real quick. And the cop will holler qualified immunity, and his union representative will most likely have him on his mental disability within a month.
Cops get away with some blatant shit. But I feel like if a cop pulled a gun in a courtroom without probable cause (which even the judge can attest) isn't one of those things. It just feels like it'd be way too hard to hush up, that judge definitely isn't on the cops side
That’s crazy ! They saw that lady half naked…
Wow so realistic
That actually happened in rl where they brought a woman to court in her undies
@alwayzatiger1 Yes, I know that really happened, but the show or whatever trash this is took that story and regurgitated it as this unwatchable garbage that's all I was saying. And if I recall the real story it was only the judge who gave a shit the woman had pants. She was denied feminine products as well, which is inhumane.
