    for Cutting and lean muscle building 1.5 Protein 2 carb ( variable) 0.6 Good fat is it okay?? Daily weight Training?? Protein 1.5 fixed but carb is varying between 1.5 to 2 or so depending upon lifting capacity

    Sir with great respect you, these macro are in raw food. So when people measure, they need to mindful of measure cooked ones. For example uncooked rice per 100 gm is 76-78 gm carbs but cooked rice is 22-24 gm carbs. Similarly applied to lentils and beans.
    Carbs can be 3-7 even upto 10 gm per kg depending on physical activity level,goal and others .
    Protein doesn’t change much as long as you meeting 1.3-1.8 or upto 2 gm per kg of body weight and so far even upto 2.7!gm had found no effect on glomerular function or kidney health.
    Fruit however is only recommended 2 serves because of fructose level.
    Great job sir, keep going, I found the same people make things so complicated and st the end of the day it’s the balanced diet, sleep and exercise. Stay from alcohol and smokes, and have a regular doctor visit.Thanks. When I will come to India, I will come to see you, don’t know if I can stand delhi pollution though lol

    Few important question kindly answer,
    Is Skimming milk is removing malai from milk?
    If yes then like boil the milk let he cool refrigerate for few hrs and remove the malai?
    Does that take all the fat from milk and it's now skimmed or low fat milk?
    And how much percentage of fat remains?

      Bhai malai nikalne se kuch nahin hoga. Wo alag se aayega. Uske se 100% cream machine se nikali jati hai. Theli wala doodh jaha milta hai unke pass milega.
      0.5% fat likha hoga. Jaise full cream wale par 6% fat likha hota hai
