As an Isabelle player I can confirm the sound effect doesn't only sound if you hit a bumper, if you get hit by anything for whatever conditions i don't know, it will sound infinitely as well. I believe it's if you get hit by something right after you try to go back to the ledge
The last glitch happens all of the time with visual effects. I've seen this happen with Joker's Arsene and Sephiroth's One Wing Angel when they disappear.

There was a similar glitch. If you put team battle, joker team up with pokemon trainer, theres a glitch when the player switch pokemon and fills up the rebellion gauge much faster and Arsene appears in seconds

Not to brag or anything, but I had actually discovered the glitch at 4:04 on my own as early as June 2020, when I was experimenting with custom stage wind to see how it affects fighter movement (falling speed, walking/running speed, etc.). I didn't share the glitch out of fear that it would get patched if I did.

a glitch you can do that i recently found out: load the notmal stage for mushroom kingdom. spawn a bumper and place it sort of close to the middle, then jump inbetween the center tower and the bumper you just threw and you will be stunlocked from doing anything until the bumper despawns. i accidentily did this as min min when doing dark samus classic mode with my brother 💀💀💀
