      @@kotahi2320 yes, and I felt great after but relapsed accidentally on day 13. I recently restarted my streak. No urges atm but I've yet to to reread the book.

      If you're a student don't stay at home, go study in the library or somewhere else where you're surrounded by people. Go to the gym and train until you can't even lift your arms to do dirty stuff. Try to stay busy. My mistake was that I stayed to much time at home and it was no wonder that i relapsed all the time.

      There is already an answer... Cold shower, deep breath, walk... There is lot of solutions.
      I do personally start to believe that biggest guide "how not to" is to get control over your head. As I realise now, since I decided to stop watching it, I was dedicated to stop.
      What that means? I wasnt going to fap bcs I wanted to, but I was more like on auto-pilot, it was made habit for me. If you have control over yourself in the moment, when you want to open it but you wont do it, you cant never relapse. Kinda simple, huh? You can have tons of urges, but not opening it stops you from relapse.
      As we know, its easy to say but hard to do. But try it, more simple it can't be. Not opened = not relapsed.
