Speaking of metal, I am a 60ish man loving metal coming from Japan and no one does it better than BABYMETAL. They recently released a song, not only with a hindustani beat, but also with choreography straight out of a Bollywood movie. An early song of their's is Meta Taro, which was actually a song sung by French Revolutionaries in the 1790's, but the one that blows me away is O Majinai, which is a polka song from the 1930's. My grandmother LOVED polka and purposely lived next to a polka hall for a very long time, and it blows my mind that she danced to a song now being performed by BABYMETAL.
Now you got me interested in this track Pope 😄 When I think Polka.. I think of John Candy I’m home alone. Those scenes with him in it are mostly improvised. Polka polka polka! Music 🎶 truly what separates us from the animals my friend. I will try it.. if it doesn’t work then know it’s bc RUclips blocked it 🤟
