- In this video, I paint the internal pieces and foil part of the model. I paint green with my badger Patriot 105 airbrush. The main stages and sections that hold the lunar module are assembled after painting. I also try my hand at using foil for the fins and the top of the LM. I didnt to do bad for a first time trying this out. I used Metal Foil Adhesive for it since the trick of PVA glue was not working for me. Im not saying it doesnt work, but for me I was not getting results that I was happy with.

Yet again, you have provided a great insight into how the goes together. I really like what you said about trying. You just got to try, and the LEM looked pretty good with the foil. The correct name for the parts between the stages escapes me ... I think they care called "interstages" . The module with the rocket motor for the Command Module is called the Service Module. I’m starting this build without model background information, and I’m quite confused! I came here to ask about what types of glue you used, and what’s needed to help make it!
People often starting out use testors tube glue. However, thin cement is a liquid type in a square jar. It bonds quickly and is less messy than tube glue. You can use spray paint on this model if you choose. Make sure parts are clean for best adhesion. Use masking tape to to spray different colors. If you don't want a color to hit another color, mask it. Don't cut corners. This kit doesn't have to many decals. You should ideally use a gloss coat before decals. It gets less silvering. Join model groups on facebook. Mediocre model builders is a great one.
