We had to leave FL for good the night the hurricane was rolling in. About 1 30 am. All we hit was gentle rain.We got a 30 day eviction notice because the landlord is gonna demolish the doublewide we were living in to build a shop for his retirement he can tinker around in. We had a 3 year lease with 2 yrs remaining but couldn't afford to fight it. I've lived in central FL for 60 years but we're priced out of it now. Can't afford to stay anymore. Thank heavens we got somewhere to go in Augusta GA. Grandparents, children, and grandchildren. We feel like refugees. I guess we are. Economic refugees.
