    This used to be normal in the 1970s. It's rare now in the seacoast area.

      It was even a lot snowier in the late 90s early 2000s, I remember I used to get 4 to 5 months of solid snowmobiling a year in Barrington and Portsmouth basically got the same amount

    Northern NH here. 4 feet in less than 24 hours in 2003. It was the last weekend of deer season. We (6 of us) walked out of camp in 4 feet of snow for 6 miles!

    3 feet in 2 days isn't a stretch in northern Nh. Pittsburgh or further north it'll drop 6 inches a day for months
