I purchased a BlueStar AC from its official website on 21 April. Last one month I am chasing them for 80 months warranty certificate and they do not respond to emails. It is just for marketing and they do not honour it. Their installation service is pathetic. Technician tries to steal spare parts from customer and no bill provided for charges. AC built quality looks cheaper than LG. No way to reach customer service or escalate. Before buying try to make a call on their customer service number to talk to an agent and it will not let you go out of ivr options. I suggest buy from LG or Voltas.

Blue Star inventor spilit ac. Out door unit pcb board kept open in out door unit without any PROTECTION. So pcb board get easily damage by rats. Insects.. lizard etc regularly. So PCB BOARD repair comes regularly. Cost of pcb repair is very very high.. Cost of new pcb board is very very very high. So blue star company needs lot of improvement in pcb board protection matter immediately 😂😢😮😅
