This Persian barberry rice with special chicken is a very popular cuisine in my country and we love to cook it and share it with our family and friends. The way the stuffed chicken comes beside the rice and barberry and saffron and... makes it a very delicious and mouth watering food. It is maybe one of top five poplar dishes between us Persians and everybody love it here in Iran. I hope you enjoy it 💋

Pero por favor, déjame que te diga que el pimiento se corta por la cara interna, si no, el cuchillo pierde su filo. Y que los cocineros agarran el cuchillo de cocina "cebollero" mas adelante. Solo las amas de casa lo agarran desde el mango. Pon la mano un poco mas adelantada y contarás fácil y rápido como un Chef.
