മെയ്യഴകൻ movie ഒരു അനുഭവം തന്നെയായിരുന്നു. പല സീനുകളും emotionally relate ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റി. പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് അരുൾ മൊഴിയുടെ teenage ൽ സംഭവിച്ച കാര്യങ്ങൾ അതേ പോലെ എന്റെ life ലും സംഭവിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. എന്നെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് ഇതൊരു must watch movie ആയിരുന്നു. ഒരുപാട് നാളിന് ശേഷമാണ് ഇത്രയും ലയിച്ചിരുന്ന് സിനിമ കാണുന്നത്. Subtitle ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നതിനാൽ dialogue മനസ്സിലാവാതിരുന്നില്ല. ഇനിയും ഇത് കേരളത്തിലെ പ്രേക്ഷകർ ഏറ്റെടുക്കേണ്ട സിനിമയാണ്. Nostalgia പ്രിയമുള്ളവർ തീർച്ചയായും കണ്ടിരിക്കേണ്ട സിനിമ. പല രംഗങ്ങളും കഥയിലേക്ക് deep connected ആക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. പ്രത്യേക തരം ഒരു അനുഭൂതി പറഞ്ഞറിയിക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല. പല സീനുകളിലും ഇത് നമ്മൾ തന്നെയാണ് എന്ന തിരിച്ചറിവ് ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. അരവിന്ദ് സ്വാമിക്കും script writer ക്കും big salute.
