Hell yeah! I think this is the most underrated super hero film personally - not perfect but way better than some people think it is (and Val Kilmer was a decent Bruce Wayne if not a great Batman, and Jim Carey was a great Riddler).
I believe he could honestly be the best Batman. But that's just me being biased because he's my favorite Batman 😂

No Batgirl, no George "Batnipples" Clooney, no puns, bring back Val Kilmer, make Riddler more like he is in Gotham, instead of a Saturday morning cartoon. Make Two Face actually threatening, have some kind of connection between him and Bruce. Have Hugo Strange make a light appearance, Along with Arkham to sequel bait correctly.
