I've been fighting crimped 223 primer pockets, turning each case with a hand tool. A cordless electric drill helped but I still have buckets of crimped cases to process. Then I saw this vid. Ordered my own Lyman Case Prep Express. Thanks for posting this video!
I am very happy with it still. I just did about 300 cases last night and i can still feel my fingers. It is especially nice with the flash hole sizer/trimmer on it. Makes this tedious task very easy now.
If doing rifle cartridges that have a military crimp I would say yes. That is a totally different tool though unless you are cutting it out. No need for it in pistol brass though. If the pocket trimmer fits in the primer pocket then you are good to go.

Dillon makes a swager which is even easier than this. Case prep works great though. Good luck.

I'm thinking of getting the Lyman case care kit. its basically this machine made into a hand crank pencil sharpener
