HOLY HELL. I'M GIVING ALL THE THANKS FOR A FIVE-HOUR CHAPIN SPECIAL! 🙌🦃 Thanks for all the ideas! I personally could just live off of stuffing/dressing and mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and pumpkin pie... What can I say? I'm a sides person. Also! Target, Walmart, and Aldi are all slashing prices for the essentials this year for the holiday season! Since you're so astute, you probably already knew this but just in case! Once again, thank you for all your hard work and brightness you bring, Jen! I'm going to be productive with you in the background. 💪
Thank you Jen this is fantastic. I’ve already started watching these videos about 5 weeks ago while I was house bound after a hip replacement. These videos get me excited for the holidays, though we don’t do thanksgiving here in Scotland I do make Christmas dinner for 10-16 people. Thanks again for sharing xxx
For the Cranberry salsa you most definitely can use a food processor you just have to be careful to only use the pulse function and not over pulse. Becky at acre Homestead makes this every year and that is what she does. I have also followed her lead when making it and is fabulous.
HahahA so funny you did this video montage of all your best… I already just went back and watched all your Thanksgiving videos earlier this week. They are always my favorite too. But I’m still watching the whole video anyway. Looking forward to vlogmas. Thanks for your hard work. Go chiefs!!
Loved the videos! Everything you made is very similar to my Thanksgiving dinner EXCEPT I was surprised with the chicken and noodles. Is this just a Chicken and noodle soup recipe for everyday use? There was a few new recipes I would love to try.
Last year my son and his fiancée hosted their first Thanksgiving. Their oven broke in the middle of cooking! There was a scramble of reassigning dinner prep via a massive group text and panicked phone calls but it all worked out in the end. For Christmas their uncle gave them a toy oven as a gag gift LOL
Omg that sounds like something that would happen to me!!! One time in the middle of a cookout our propane tank went empty. Since then, we've kept a spare in the garage, LOL
I’m doing my usual but gluten-free. Turkey breast roasted, smoked turkey wings, faux mashed potatoes (see my video at Risa’s Kluttered Kitchen), a roasted veg, Neisha’s cornbread from Neisha Berry/Kim Howerton’s holiday cookbook. Costco pumpkin pie for the family, sugar-free pumpkin dessert for me. I always make Ina Garten’s make ahead gravy too (I’ve adapted it over the years). Should be good and meal-prepped because I have to work that day.
I cooked my turkey breast down. It doesn't look Hallmark movie perfect but it's not dry. All the juices go down into the pan and the breast turns out moist. Try cooking your turkey breast down

I needed chicken with reemes noodles, and stealing some recipes( that jalapeño and cranberry cream cheese dip)😋
FYI - I would watch a whole video on cheese balls.

Yes! Let me get it out of my binder tomorrow and I'll type it here for you. I ran out of room in the description box :)
