I like low sodium V8..it has almost twice the potassium than original too....b/c it uses potassium chloride instead of sodium chloride .... 850mg vs 470 mg...icy cold it's refreshing and not heavy...if it's not salty enough for you, adding a bit of lemon pepper seasoning is nice.

I also really like the low sodium V8 and never feel like it needs more salt. A refreshing nutritious drink. Love it.

Thanks for all of your great vids I've learned to improve my health as a result. One thing about beets...AND ground flaxseed from one of the other vids on BP. I was on between 5-10mg of amlodipin for high blood pressure for about 3 yrs and started taking beet root supplements (I dont like the taste of beets!) and a couple of spoonfuls of flax a day about 5 months ago. After two weeks my BP was apx 110 consistently so I stopped taking the BP meds. Havent went back to the meds since and doubt I will need to - but I still check my BP levels regularly.

After a SVT episode, I was admitted to the ER. They said my potassium was extremely low. They gave me a "horse pill" and advised I eat a banana and other foods with potassium in them, moving forwards.

According to Dr. Berg, the daily requirement for potassium is 4700 mg. per day. A banana, for example, has only 300 mg. Dr. Berg recommends getting the RDA of 4700 mg. by consuming 7 or more cups of dark leafy greens/day either as a large salad, or blended in a smoothie.

Beets are so good for you especially for healthy blood flow and heart health due to the levels of nitrates in them. I personally eat beets as a pre-workout and the energy I get from them is great not to mention the amazing pumps I get when weight training. A super food for sure!

I don’t know if you know but they do use sprays as in pesticides which can be harmful to you on organic food. It’s just that isn’t a manufactured spray. Wash your vegetables and fruit to be totally safe. I sold organic food. The best is food that hasn’t been sprayed at all. Difficult to find I know.

I love bananas and beets! Its like the rest of the human race has FORGOTTEN what our parents fed us. I hrew ip on the 60's. Fresh fruits apples, peaches, pears and believe it or not prunes. All fresh and tasty! Seems the younger generation has to be literally "tricked" into any fruit or veggie thats healthy

Well, if you LIKE the idea of having have to kill something and eat its flesh to get basic mineral salts, proteins, fat and not much else besides heading for death a number of years before you should…. Of course all the potassium comes from the soil originally, and then through plants. So why not get it with lots of healthy fibre and other nutrients too by eating plants? Much cheaper for the world/environment (and usually the wallet as well - unless the animals being farmed are raised in terrible conditions and/or the industry is heavily subsidised).

It is time to get right with Jesus. You aren’t going to automatically enter into heaven if you have lied or stolen or had premarital sex. Don’t deceive yourself! The punishment of sin is hell fire.
Jesus died so you can get a clean slate and forgiveness of a future sin when we confess and forsake it. When you start to follow him you have to strive to obey what he commands.
No one will enter heaven without the blood of Jesus. No other way but through Jesus!.!!
