I would carve something I loved, like a woman in my life or the place I'm from.

I would leave it as is. I think it would be disrespectful to the soldiers that originally carved the art onto it and the gunsmiths that brought it back to life to change or alter it. That and it'll be the first thing I've ever won so I'd probably build a shrine for it my living room and make people bow to it upon entering my home.
