Just an extra tip...use wax paper in the books so you don't get the flowers pressed into the book paper...that way they also are more easily removed from the book...place the flowers between the wax paper, then put into the book. After you cut away the resin, use wet and dry sandpaper (2000 grit) with water to make the edges nice and smooth:) Nice work!! You are talented:)
This is a nice video! I would change it a little, instead of using resin dry on a flat surface, I'll use it on a rack with a sheet underneath so the resin drips off and you don't have to cut it.

Hey Fingur! Just a tip. You could dip the popstickle stick in to the resin and spread it over the case like strawberry jam since the resin is pretty watery and won’t stay in a blob. That way you should have to cut or waste the resin. But you are amaaaazing. This video really helped😋

Oh at first, thank you :) and here's the answer, after pouring resin, i trimmed with wood stick for resin can be spread evenly. So Of course upper part of the case changed thicker, but there is no problem to apply it to cell phone. cause change of shape appears at just upper part!

Thank you for your sweet comment X) !! Unfortunately, I used resin from the online DIY website which is so small and only available in Korea (where I live now). But you can use 'crystal resin' from pebeo or any other brand.
Oh I used another one from online DIY website cause I just needed little. But definately Pebeo crystal resin is good for those type of crafting phone cases. ;)
You could, however the resin is far more wearable and durable...which a softer cover will not be. Also the clarity will matter too. The resin gives that to you if you use the right kind (like the one she mentioned), and softer surface will also tend to stick and pick up fuzz on a hot day....just a few pointers...I do a ton of display art work and building.:)

PLEASE remember about using proper protection while working with resin!! Just because it doesn’t smell, doesn’t mean it’s not toxic!!

Do you find the flowers fade or change color when you pour the resin? I heard Mod Podge or nail polish so they stay nice.
barely no change! maybe resin is better than nail polish if you want to keep the color of flower

Great idea! But won't the resin break when you are taking the case off? I would imagine if it is hard resin then it would not bend like the case.

My great grandmother pressed some flowers from her wedding bouquet in our family Bible, now we have hundred year old pressed flowers.

Oh it is crystal resin, which is usually used for miniature!
