If it were mine I would pull the filter off and check for any glitter(cut it open if you can). It could even be the pressure relief valve on the oil pump sticking from foreign material or carbon deposits. I can’t remember if you pulled the oil pump apart before you installed it or not.
There is an oil galley bypass plug on the back side of the motor. Sometimes, the o-rings in it go bad. That could drop your oil pressure as well. Have you checked that?
I did not, now that I think about it, it only does it under WOT under boost. I got the catch on it now, maybe too much pressure was getting in crank case, and I changed the seal on the oil pick up, the one that came with the pan was not true round, it was oblong. Going to test those changes this weekend.

I did take the oil pump apart but I did look inside the spring area.
