As Salvador Sobral said,"Music is not fireworks, music is feeling".This song is emotional,it has a soul.Barbara sings with feeling.Addictive,I cant stop listening to her.
I can't believe Barbara Pravi is going to Eurovision. I've been listening to her songs for years. She touched me with her songs when I first discovered her and she's done it again. A TRUE ARTIST!!!!
Glad I’m not the only one seeing similarities with Salvador Sobral. This song has the same effect on me which is a ton of emotion and tears. It’s just beautiful and stunning. My big favourite so far.
This song makes me emotional. From the start till the finish. She is going to win. FOR SURE! DOUZE POINTS FOR LA FRANCE!!!!! Barbara, THANK YOU FOR THIS SONG!
My ears didn't understand a single world but my heart and soul understood everything. Vocals on point, staging on point, nothing special on stage because she makes it special herself.. She's 2021's Edith Piaf. I know it's too early and we have 38 more songs to hear, but I'm absolutely sure she's going to be in Top 5 in May.
I speak French but here I'm interpreting the underlying message: She's talking about her "dark shadows" that have held her back to be fully herself. Voilà means "Look, I'm here!" she's screaming "I'm here, showing up as myself and I'm proud of it"
This song should win. I rarely ever cry when I listen to ESC songs and I cry every time I listen to this, as the song progresses. This is pure art in every form and also different to previous winners. This woman is spectacular in every way. I’m sure is will stay my winner till the final day, the only other one I’m excited for is Fedez & Francesca Michelin for Italy 🤞🏼😍
After her performance one of the jury said "Elle ramasse la flèche laissée par Edith Piaf ou Barbara et l'envoie encore plus loin" means "She picks up the arrow left by Edith Piaf or Barbara and sends it even further" and it resume her perfectly . I love her and proud the public and the jury chosed her for the eurovision🎤😊
I tend to love the French (Bilal! Anggun!) and Italian (Soldi! Diodato! Etc!) songs, and this one is one of the best in ESC history. Barbara Pravi looks stunning, has a beautiful voice, the melody is beautiful, she sings in French (!), and the stage show (and video!) is perfect, so I'm excited to see how she'll do in the competition. ESC seems to slowly become more unpredictable, mashallah, and I can only hope it's time for France to win.
this song is beautiful, I am French and the lyrics are very very very moving and beautiful. After the passage of Barbara Pravi a large part of the people of the jury were moved and even if you do not understand the French the emotion passes anyway (from what I can see). Sorry for my English but I speak very poor English 😂
A serious contender; taking notes from Switzerland's Gjon's Tears from 2020, encompassing the raw romanticism of the French language, and bringing the classic French genre back into the contemporary field. Very excited for the contest this year - this is already looking to be one of the best competitions for Eurovision :)
@@eurofanas3733 I think it will kinda do the same as north macedonia in 2019 which was 2nd from the jury but one of the last of the public vote and was 7th overall
Interesting points ! This will definitely do well with the jury. The public vote honestly is very weird as it depends on the general mood of the night and the placement of the song in the show like we have no idea I think this is the srongest i've felt for a french entry since i started watching eurovision
I just LOVE THAT😍😍😍A modern, classique chanson/song. The touching lyrics and her personality together with the amazing staging are really convincing. Top 10 finish please (although for me she cannot be passed-my winner)🇫🇷🇫🇷 France pour le victoire
