The track might be a recording of some concert which probably explains the laughing and screaming, the footsteps might not be footsteps at all but some sort of instrument because they sound more like suction cups

I think jobutsu2000 is scarier other then 1stpai, jobutsu is dark and depressing when 1stpai is just some ticking,laughter,screams of excitement (i think) and then some music, and then the starting noises at the end but reversed. Jobutsu is about death. Repeating numbers which lead up to massacar and kill everyone.

In the classical/chaotic part, you might hear the high-voiced screaming man out there. Because if you reversed the reversed voice after the chaotic part, that is the sound that was being used twice in the chaotic part.
