Data 101: Data is Your Friend!

Anna Marín and Jenn Yoo presented the next installment of Illinois Humanities' capacity-building workshops.
The goals of this interactive workshop were to:
-Assess the current data capacity of attendees’ organizations.
-Provide an overview of the importance and usefulness of data and discuss data collection strategies.
-Create hands-on opportunities for data analysis and data application.
-Generate collective best practices in data collection and data analysis to bolster organizational programming, audience outreach, and potential funding opportunities.
