Yeah, idk why he was ever moved. Spags isn’t really a mastermind at defense, I would say he’s got where he’s at by being “likeable”. I’m sure he’s a great guy but we need someone who understands the “art” of defense. I’m all I’m actually good with where everyone is at currently, however idk why the announcers were claiming “Ward is back” or “Our #1 CB has been out”…guys he’s flat out terrible. From dropping pics, blown coverages & even changing from man to zone randomly and leaving someone open in the flats the man doesn’t understand his position yet and hasn’t had any noteworthy plays in over 70th+ games says A LOT. You won’t ever see him “lay-out” vertical to deliver a hit like THRONHILL does damn near every other play. When we have a run to his side of the D you’ll see him like 40 yards back in the end-zone acting like the play still “might be a pass”. I’ve played secondary for 5+ years I know all the ways to be lazy and this guy takes it to the extreme and im telling you it’s hurting our defense in critical plays. If Spags can’t see that then I can only imagine the way he handles game time calls. For bless our safety play and Fenton and sneed stepping up. It would be bad news if those guys weren’t as game-aware as they are. Love our Bolton and move w/ Ingram should keep Spags “ideas” of moving Jones to rest finally.

im a titans fan and i remember looking at the chiefs in 2019 and saying looks like we dont have to worry about them this year. yea even after i watched mahomes go through his slump i thought to myself this feels familiar. i feel like i saw this happen. so yea im not making that mistake again. hopefully we play you in the afc championship again this year. i want to see a proper rematch.

Good balance in rushing and passing from the Chiefs! Lots of quick and short passes from Mahomes, using the long passes only when necessary and not over-extending the plays! Good use of the clock! The defense did their job! The whole team played really well!
