For fine tuning with just finger bends you bend the trigger slightly towards the frame to get sharper and away from the frame to get flatter. If they are really out then use some small needle nose pliers with some thicker duct tape over the jaws so you don't bite into the trigger metal.

i have tested every harp i have in the moment ive got it, even the untuned

Next thing to do are some minor adjustments using the tuner. After that it is worthwhile with these to play a few things vs. the tuner.
