For Chemistry: Part A consist of basic reasonings and mathematics(errors,%, trigonometry,geometry,circle,straight lines,general aptitude etc) Part B: It's all about basic ideas of chemistry in this part Organic and Inorganic parts are more focused, 80% questions are BSc related topics only 20% MSc. Part C: If you're strong in Physical then surely you're about to gear up at this section,there is nothing about research but hardly may be 5%, almost 90% is still ideas of BSc-MSc but not surface level rather it's all about how depth you've gone through, some of knowledge you may need here are like- Entropy of mixing, Perturbation theory (1st&2nd energy correction terms), 1D box with potential barriers/Wells, NMR spectroscopy,Organometallics(18e rule, isolobality,E.C of transition metals), Polymer kinetics,Chemical bonding(Quantum mechanics),Lanthanoids & Actinides, Boltzmann's distribution,Eyring Eqn,Gibbs-Duhem eqn, Ionic strength and Ionic mobility,Hammett EQn, Fugacity,Nuclear Chemistry, etc these are just 10% things there are more deep concepts needed...

To be frank most of the tutions teach superficially. So you have to read in depth. Basically 6-8 months are sufficient for NET preparation.
