Hi, first of all thank you so much for the video. It´s like the only one I foud about how to make rollerblade frames (I was not sure if cnc or laser cut and metal bending)
I have some questions:
What metal did you use? (looks like aluminium)
Is this how mass production of frames is made?

Kiril Rusalov Hi, you are welcome :) I used aluminium and most of inline skates frames made from aluminum. in Mass production , main shape of frame manufactured with aluminum extrusion process after it is cut and machined with CNC milling machines.

This method only can be used for single production.
For mass production , general shape of frame is manufactured with extrusion process. (You can search it with "aluminum extrusion")
Final step can be cnc machining.
