  • Tightness in the chest can cause anxiety and also anxiety can cause tightness in the chest. Trauma may play a part in this (both physical and mental). But whether through stress, depression or accident there are ways to alleviate these physical feelings and create a routine to relax and move our bodies more fluidly. Opening the lungs and relaxing tight shoulders through stretching and lengthening are all included in this 50 min long video workout.
