This has nothing to do with jealousy. That guy needs better help. It has been almost ten years and he is still talking like as if his wife just passed away, and is even talking about her while they are intimate, that is really creepy. If he is not able to let go of his wife yet then he should not be dating. He does not have the mentality to be fully in the moment, nor does he want to be, because that means he has to his wife go. I feel really bad for his kids, because I am sure it is negatively effecting them too.
We all need time to grieve but he is just using her as an emotional crutch and for his own needs and his therapist should have addressed these issues with him and if he wasn't making progress then also addressed these issues.

OP needs to get her shit together, but when she does, she needs to rub every milestone she reaches right into her parents' faces to shame them for how disgusting they behaved with her. Plenty of people can make kids but not all of them deserve to be considered parents, and OPs sperm and egg donors are the case examples of that.

However, her parents are complete shit heads, if a person isn't happy they are allowed to get a divorce and that shouldn't stop them from loving her.
