That's a great idea. My MIL actually gets acupuncture at home before the cruise and she does amazing. It really works for her. Do you use it regularly for motion sickness?
I've never been on a cruise ship and going on a cruise, but I have ridden on a train and have never gotten motion sickness, but do you think chewing gum will help with preventing motion sickness on a cruise ship? Just wondering about chewing gum helping to avoid sea sickness
It probably could. It’s that when the ship really moves, it can have some large ups and downs. I would still bring a medication like Bonine (that’s our favorite now) just in case the more natural remedies aren’t enough
I think my favorite tip was about the green apples helping with seasickness. Who knew? Very cool tip!
Jamie Madore I know right? We found that out a few years ago when a crew member told us. It totally works!! Glad you liked this :)
I have been there. I took bonine and was good taking that.
Great to hear Bonine worked well for you. It’s our preferred OTC seasickness med as well
Acupuncture from the spa

Hi Cruisers, have you gotten seasick on a cruise (even a little)? What did you you use that helped?
I used prescription patches on one. Meclizine on the others. I always feel sick.
Oh no!! Have you tried sea bands?
