I mean it's kinda his fault for getting deeper and deeper into the lie, but he didn't mean anything bad when he started it, he was trying to comfort and help with their grieving

Let’s not even mention the fact that Evan gaslit Zoey into believing her brother was a decent person. Bruh basically insinuated “well your brother may have been abusive but according to these letters he loved you, which invalidates everything that you went through”
A lot of the main teenager cast aren’t good people.
Connor was an overall shitty person but I guess has a bit of a pass cause he’s dead :/
Alana and Jared both helped Evan keep up this lie and then tried to act like they were victims which was wild to me.
Evan is the worse of them all, Alana and Jared would be just as bad but Evan is the worse because he STARTED the lie.
The only good people are like the parents and Zoey (at least speaking in reference to the main cast).

@@hamstersareswagit just romanticizes suicide and mental illness and tries to justify the main character’s horrible actions towards others by saying he has anxiety. Also personally when I watched it at 12 years old it really damaged my perspective of mental illness. (I’m 18 now)
