When was that "straight" edge calibrated? This is not a good way to check flatness.

@@Wǒcáishìzhēnzhèngdehēiguǐwáng He just doesn't understand what is means to have calibrated measuring instruments. A straight edge needs to be calibrated using a granite surface plate and a dial indicator on a height gage.

First you need to clean the surface, second you need to stop leaning on the straight edge. I'm a professional mechanic and I've worked in a machine shop.
