  • My DIY CNC machine in action. Creating a guitar neck, drawn in AutoDesk Fusion 360 on a piece of multiplex 36mm. This is not the final result, I will be using a different type of wood, this wood chips more easily.

    The CNC is controlled by a Raspberry Pi running bCNC

    Router is a Kress 1050fme
    All jobs are using a flat bit 6mm, 2 flute, 42mm long.
    The process has 3 jobs:
    1- creating dowelholes in the scrapboard for flipping the stock
    2- topside job
    3- backside job.
    Total runtime of jobs approx. 80 minutes
