I'm on a MacBook connecting my dcr dvd 101 handycam with a a/v to hdmi cable but it doesn't appear on my files, why?
thank you
Hey! love the video, very straight forward and informative. Although I want to ask, do you know exactly the type of 8cm mini DVD-RW did you buy? I bought a Sony 8cm mini DVD (The one with the Turquoise cover) only to find out its not compatible Been trying to look around but I've not found the answer, Thank you!
Hi! Sorry for the late response! We had the same CD, the previous units of camcorders are very meticulous when it comes the compatible DVDRW, that’s why I stick on the sony brand. I suggest you try the Maxell DVDRW hehehe
do you have to finalize 2 times if the disc is double sided?
hi! what if sira yung pins ng camcorder? ive tried using different cables pero di siya gumagana sa camcorder ko. may iba pa bang way to transfer from disc to computer?
paano po mag unfinalize? need po ba nakatransfer na sa computer bago ma unfinalize? or pwedeng iunfinalize after ma finalize
after unfinalize, how to delete these videos?
Sir ayaw gumana un minidvd sa dvd player mismo nag disc error or unsopported format.
Hi! You can find it on shopee. Make sure na sony ang brand DVD-RW. Pero depends on the brand. May brand din na Maxell na gumagana for Sony Camcorders hehe
dude, i'm plugging the usb into the computer, but it doesn't show on the computer, help pleaseeee
Hi! There must be a problem with your camcorder USB hub or with your USB cord. 🙂 Try. Changing a new USB cord, there must be a defect on your USB. Cord. If the problem is with your camcorder USB hub, the last thing you should do is to buy a CD reader or use your computer CD
Did you finalize your disc using your camcorder??? I also think you forgot this step
I think the cam has 1394 out not USB, he is confused
Found this Camera at home and some DVDRW- I remembered using the Sony software on windows xp to work on this. And that software is no longer available. havent touched this camera for about 18 years.
You can still transfer the videos without the software ☺️
You didn't mention the program you used for the conversion. How people will understand which is afree or paid program?
Hi! I didn’t use any program for the conversion. There are many converters in google. I just chose the first website.
does it work on mac?
Yes it does!
hello po
a tip: U CANT UNFINALIZE ON A DVD-R disc
Yep. As I said in the video, you must use the DVD-RW.
my camcorder died in the middle of finalizing. i cant access the disk anymore. is there a fix?
Hi! What error code shoes on the top right of your led screen?
