I have a question: For low% runs, why does noone just kill the damsel for going into the worm? Wouldn't that be a lot easier?
easier, but a little bit slower. the time you spend wiggling the damsel off the worm is time you have to spend there anyway
A no Ujah Eye Hell run seems a bit risky to take but I don't know any hell run strats myself

the worm tongue is guaranteed to spawn. however, sometimes a damsel doesn't spawn, which is really annoying
