I’m a stay at home mom, but when I was working I made it a rule when I walked out the work door everything stayed at work. Then when I got home I would take a hot bubble bath to decompress having some quiet me time. As a stay at home mom I’ve learned I have to still make me time by crafting or spend some time reading. Having a work life balance is so essential!
I am so happy you are able to still find that balance as a stay at home mom! You work very hard and deserve that balance. I loved this topic because it is some important for everyone 💕💕
@ it’s been hard to find that balance as a sahm and took me time to truly figure it out! I’m happy I did because I feel like having that balance helps me be a better mom. It’s extremely important no matter how relaxing or stressful a job can be!

I work two jobs as well so to find balance, I rest on my off days. I also try to limit coming in on my other job when they are short staffed. I also wind down by watching RUclips. I want to try to hit the gym as well.
