What the hell, Pawel, 20:16 - 22:16, it's a divine piece of music! My God, in case you somehow don't know yet, you're a talented genius, and not only in musical area, I mean an overall creative genius, my my, and you always so good at using the bassline. Since I already commenting, a thought from an amateur like me as an audience, seventh chords are an art treasure in professional musician's ears but has an anticlimactic feeling to most of us music amateurs, maybe audiences will feel more motivated without it. Just a non-pro thought, this channel is art and you're such a nice person, we love you!
Appreciate your kind words! Always happy to hear when someone enjoy's the exactly same piece the most as I am enjoying personally. And thank you for your feedback. By far I always created my music "by ear" and this is the only compass I follow since my "music theory" knowledge is limited. My experience is that there is a lot of "unexpected beautifull accidents" comming out when I limit overthinking. What you can hear is the exact example for that. Saying that, I'm really grateful for this feedback and comment. Just made my day! Much love brother!
@@BreathworkBeatsbyTouek Sounds like a true artist haha, I fully understand, and I will fully appreciate all the art you offer us, with all my gratitude, thank you, much love.
Gosh, it’s a lot harder trying to do a session without any guidance, but a good discipline to master. Thank you, Touek, I enjoyed this different approach ❤🇬🇧🙏
Depends on the intensity and kind of practice. Slow, gentle breathing (coherent, box, buteyko) is highly beneficial on a daily basis in extended form. These downregulates your nervous system. Deep mouth, extended breathwork sessions on the other hand are stimulating your nervous system and it works the best once in a while since it’s an intense practice and serve different purposes.

Appreciate the feedback. This one is for the people who enjoy breath work without guidance from time to time (myself included ;))
You got to grow after all
Is it ok to do 1 hour energizing breathwork in the morning and 1 hour calming breathwork in the evening?
