@@SpeedTutor it will take one round trip to jupiter but will fail when coming near to venus and will eventually explode before returning to planet earth. :(
I think they were better than I expected considering they're not fully unique creations from a human and I definitely wasn't leveraging the AI to it's potential.
Writing "no white tiles" in the negative would be a double negative, had you just added "white tiles" it might have worked better, "no white tiles" might have worked in the positive prompt too. I haven't used this in Unity nor have i messed around with generating textures all that much so it might be different to how i usually prompt, the model they use is a common one though. You could try adding things like "worst quality" into the negative to avoid from sampling from the lowest quality data that the model might contain. Adding that particular prompt is absolutely essential in normal image generation as the gens take a noticeable dive in quality when you forget to add it, adding stuff like cartoon, anime, drawing and painting into the negative might help too but i'm thinking it might not be as important as it is with normal image generation. Might be worth adding stuff like "best quality" to the positive prompt too but it often severely limits the pool of data it pulls from, leading to less diverse gens if yet of high quality, adding stuff like "photorealistic" might help filter out more cartoony stuff too, assuming you don't want that.
Those are some good suggestions and thanks for the input, don't quote me on this exact information but I think this AI by Unity only works with very specific keywords about the materials themselves. Like Green slime, Gold Metal and such. Rather than things that would help with normal generation. I'll definitely try some of yours as a test though :)
this was lovely, i like to see how new dots package and entity system work , they changed alot in last released version, few tutorial , muse is ahnging between versions , do you have any tutorial about it or plan to make some ?
I'm not at all experienced in dots or the entity system, it makes very little sense to me. Plus very little content out in the open about it. I'm sorry I can't be more specific. :)
Can you please show how to move around inside the game menu with gamepad and keyboard and also be able to interact with menu button by clicking a key or a button on a gamepad.
You can do this out of the box with something like Rewired or even the new input system. The thing you want to do to make a controller work efficiently is make sure you add the "First Button" selected in the EventSystem object (That comes with UI) - Then your controller will know where to start it's navigation from. Then from there, it will do it automatically! :D
@@SpeedTutor Thank you. But what about when I when to use the gamepad button to Do something. Like if I select the play button and then press the A Button on my gamepad I want to load a new scene. How do I do it
For me this feels slower than Substance or Quixel Mixer. The "AI" prompts are a lot slower than just using a procedural mask. The tilling functionality is not new as that was available in Genetica years ago (before spiral graphics closed). The idea that this would save me any time over existing tools is dubious. Not that I mind extra texturing tools but there is nothing here that will guarantee any productivity improvements.
I think you might be right other than faster prototyping in engine. You could stay in engine and never have to leave for another program but for something that requires custom UV's, it's never going to be enough. :)
I got that email too, I'll be seeing what they have to offer in terms of information but I'm also in the process of creating a video about the Sprite beta :D@@ivancarranza2473
The problem stems from the fact that it won't be going away, so it's good to look at the tools that others will be leveraging. I'm not advocating either way. You choose to use what tools you want but I was trying out the texturing beta, so you didn't have to. Then you can decide if it's for you or not.
gotta love people not adding to the conversation and not outlining any facts about their disagreements. just being a detractor and making disparaging comments like "anything for views". no one cares about your opinions mate, go play csgo.
I appreciate you coming along, Bred. Remember that everyone is entitled to their opinion on the matter. People just need to remember my channel is surrounding Game Development and primarily Unity - It's something Unity have in the pipeline, so I try it out for myself and create so others can see! :)
Ai has power and to disagree with new emerging ai technologies means you are not open to accept AI power, I think video was onpoint and to me was very entertaining to be honest(Knowledgefull). If you still disagree with ai graphics power, then just look at lexica art and that website alone is making thousand of bucks per day just from subscriptions. (Again this whole will ignite human vs ai debate) but to me, ai does help human in small way maybe in accurate sometimes, but its learning yet to become even more powerfull. :)

Donde encuentro texture generate?
I could imagine how much AI will do in 5 years.
How far do you think it will go?
@@SpeedTutoryou write the type of game and the AI will create the entire draft

I gotta say those textures aren't bad. It will get better over time I'm sure. Thanks for the video.

The true test will be the ability to put in character concept art, and have it create a wrapped texture for that character.
That would be quite something but who would UV Unwrap your 3D model? Unless AI does that too?
I wonder if you can design an AI to scan the entire cartoon series of Adventure time and render it into a explorable world.
That's an interesting concept, I'm not sure we're at this point yet.
cool video. thanks for showing this
