Hmmm. How wet did it get, like submerged? Is it a 2 stroke? I have a buddy with a 2 stroke Polaris, I believe a predator. He’s been chasing down an electrical problem for awhile. I heard they may be prone to it.

This is the second one of these we worked on. The first one has low hours, and it always had issues with cold starts. Found that Polaris sets the valves tight on these. After adjusting, it ran great! They are little tanks too, heavy little quads!

Nice to see a Dad teaching/working with his son. My only suggestion when working with carbs, is to have two work surfaces. First for disassembly and cleaning. Then a clean surface for reassembly. Otherwise, just an awesome job!!
