It's funny how cats and dogs can be with each other. My mum's cat was an absolute horror to the dog we had at the time, constantly picking on her and making her life a misery. She also terrorised any local dog unfortunate enough to cross her path. Yet when I brought home a puppy I'd rescued, it was like I'd found the kitten she'd never had and the evil ball of fluff turned into an instant mummy.
my second cat would casually saunter up to you and if you weren't paying attention to her you'd get a love bite. you would jump out of your skin and then look down to the widest most adorable soulful eyes. still cracks me up today when i think about it.
