    I come from China, and I start become vegan today. All I do this because of you, you influence me so much!! My English is very poor, but I just want to let you know that I was very proud of you and also very thanks for you!! I hope I will just same as you to become vegan for whole life!!

    Hi Rawvana,
    I just made this and had to tell you how much I enjoyed it! So delicious and easy. It's my first attempt at raw spaghetti, and I really liked it. I decided to go vegan yesterday - a big decision! Thank you for the inspiration and the recipe!

    Okay I have been Vegan and mostly raw for 40 years. I knew in the beginning I needed to go to all raw but really had no idea how to begin. Finally over the past three to four years the universe has surrounded me with raw vegans and I am learning as much as possible in making this change. You have been one of my mentors. But because I am generally dealing with school shootings, murder/suicides, etc. all caused by prescribed "medications" I have little time to follow through. But after watching this video yesterday I told myself I was going to take the time to try it. I have one word WOW! WOW! WOW! and WOW! This is one fantastic recipe! The only change I made was because I had no hemp seed on hand I substituted soaked sunflower seeds. It is FANTASTIC! I think I could eat it every day! Thank you so much for turning your own life around and now helping me to make this final step in my own life. I will share with my own large group of followers.

    Rawvana you are fresh and lovely and you will inspire so many people! Don't pay any attention to people who tell you that you look or sound like someone else. We all hear that. You have your own voice and will reach your own audience. Keep going strong! The world needs you. This dish looks delicious and a whole year later people are still watching it for the first time and being inspired. Great instagram feed too!

    Ohmygosh thank you for the tip on how to make noodles Wilbur a spiralizer! I can't afford one right now and like every raw vegan channel uses them for the recipes. This looks so yumm!💛💋

    I'm New to your channel and I love you already! Im also subscribed to fullyrawkristina. I honestly don't care how people would compare you both. what I can say, I'm really happy for the both of you because having people like you encourages more people to live healthy. this is all about spreading the goodness of health and I don't understand why people can't see that. let's just support each other and not destroy eachother.

    Rawana, yesterday I made past like this from zucchini, they turned out great, soft and tasty. I didn't make the sauce as well, as I used the pasta in my salad. But this recipe of yours looks amazing

    This is so amazing!! Tried it with only zucchini (and added the rest I couldn't peel into noodles into the sauce) and it was incredibly delicious!

    Omg this is soooo good. I just made it, and it’s honestly the best raw vegan tomato sauce I’ve ever made. I just didn’t have hemp seeds on hand so I subbed for cashews. Sooooo good! I’m going to make it for my family for Christmas this year. Thank you! :)

    Personally, I would add some cooked lentils to this awesome dish, which would make it ten times heartier and more like a vegan bolognese sauce!!!

      My Vegan Journey True, but cooking shouldn't be dogmatic. Every seed and plant Mother Earth provides, we should use and consume, since it's all a part of the cycle of life/universe in which we're all connected. I just offered an idea for a spin on this recipe for anyone out there that might be interested in a more wholesome approach.

    your recipes are simply amazing. i have a question on the "pasta" dressing.
    i was under the impression that one shouldnt mix veg & fruit. your dressing has tomatoes & dates. how does this work. zucchini & cucumbers are veg also. thanks.

    The meaty slop that for many of us was our first experience of "spag bol" is so far removed from the original that ordering spaghetti bolognese in Bologna will earn you nothing but blank stares from your waiter. Tagliatelle al ragu, as it's correctly known, is a pasta dish with a meat sauce, but that's where the resemblance ends.
    Bologna is the capital of the Emilia-Romagna region, in northern Italy. It's so well known for its food that it's referred to colloquially as La Grassa, which means "the fat one". Its pasta, in particular, is considered the finest in the country. It's the birthplace of tagliatelle, taglioni, tortellini, tortelli, lasagne and cappelletti - but not spaghetti, which is never used in Bologna's best-known dish.
    As for the ragu, the most important ingredient is time. The sauce, made always with mince beef (from a fattier cut such as chuck), onion, celery, carrots, tomatoes and white wine, and sometimes with pork or chicken livers, should be left to simmer, uncovered, for at least three or four hours. Longer is better.
    In the case of tagliatelle al ragu, the only appropriate garnish is freshly grated parmesan - another specialty of the region.
    The earliest documented version of tagliatelle al ragu is actually from Imola, a town just west of Bologna. But the role the city has played in popularising the dish legitimises its claim to its origins.

    I just turned vegan like.. since may.. I try to eat most of it raw atleast and try to steam as much as I can and try not to cook anything except for legumes and pasta n stuff. But.. how do you get in your calories... from what sources.. just curious.. I probably won't turn raw vegan.. wouldn't know why either but...

      Jewel-Osco, Costco, Whole Foods Market, Mariano's. I pretty sure almost all grocery stores carry them now a days. Just look by the produce section.

    being raw is not easy in the northeast. a lot of the fruit sucks right now except for the amazing delicious oranges that i am conveniently allergic to :(

    Please help me, I watch a lot of your videos and here where I live (south of Brazil) I dont have any access to these medjool dates, I dont even know what they taste lie, never even saw one for me to buy, so how can I substitute this on your recipes? Please heeeeelp!!

    This is great and probably very nutritious and good for you, but please don't call it Spaghetti Bolognese just to catch more views. It has absolutely nothing to do with Spaghetti or Bolognese sauce, nothing at all, not even one ingredient. Be proud of your lifestyle and be creative without attempting to copy something that cannot be reproduced or converted into raw vegan.

    How on earth is this anything close to a bolognese? Bolognese is mostly meat and tomatoes, and that is mostly tomates and a there is nothing to give a bite to mimic bolognese. It's just a creamed tomato sauce. I think you can do better
