Another great episode guys. It's unfortunate he went through the employment troubles he went through, but I'm glad he shared that info. It can be pretty tough out here for the part-timers, especially because employers definitely discriminate (even though they're not supposed to) against reservists.
Lol...I once asked my dad after he retired about how he was with the guys under his charge...he said the 1st thing about being in charge is to know your job...all of it Then to know it so well you can teach it to your crew. To know yourself enough to be able to mentor your crew when it was needed. Then to know how to butt out to let your crew grow mature enough to do without you...
This is great. L have been looking forward to it 😀
Ryan is good people
Thank you for talking about your faith & your perception of its worth in your military life...MANY years ago while growing up AF & living on base I remember the openness about being persons of faith & the value of having base chaplains of various faiths .
This one was great but then it got so sad when the out of regs pomade promo hit 😢
Hey Aaron, I heard you mention you did Airforce appreciation course before you crossed over. I was putting in for a slot after my next deployment and was wondering if you would recommend me to go ahead, or just wait until it comes along in the pipeline
As long as it doesn't delay your process or lead to an injury, I would say go for it. I don't know if it's necessarily a super big deal, but it'll save you three weeks of time in the pipeline. - A
You guys conveniently didn't mention how the career field is being cut by 50 percent
44%
maybe because this video was probably recorded before the anouncement to cut TACP was made?
The guest said it was being cut.
We recorded it a while ago, and the official announcement hadn’t been made. It wasn’t ‘conveniently’ left out, that’s how time works. - A
I think the cuts will come back to bite the US military in the butt
