Seems like demonfire is Majimas equivalent of a tiger drop
He also has a tiger drop for his breaker style. It called "secret of the strut: elbow"
But it’s strictly timed compared to tiger drop(Kiwami 1 cuz how broken it is)

By the by, Chomp also can be performed when you have Heat (iirc in Heat Mode) after a Quickstep Attack. It's the most common way to actually start spamming Chomp, so I think it should be also mentioned.
What you should know?
1. Quicksteps raise Heat a little. You can steadily boost your heat just doing Quicksteps, but it's quite boring and long.
2. You can use custom knifes to deal more damage.
3. Taunting is unique-Majima gain heat, then lose some of it in the end of animation.
4. Mad Dog: Demonfire is broken. It should be like Kiryu's Iron Fist counter in Dragon style (need 3 Heat level and drain whole heat after successful counter).
5. Frenzy isn't very useful. It drains 3 heat bars, while not giving you any advantage. It should be free.
Overall: this style is good for bonus anti-mob heat action, fun to use, but you should ,probably, stay with basic 3 styles-Mad Dog isn't that strong compared with Kiryu's Dragon style. Oh, and it's absolutely horrible against Mr.Shakedown, because he immune to all status effects (he doesn't stagger after knife attacks).

Nah, the ability to dodge cancel pretty much everything makes it more useful than several other styles.

Hey do you know the ability mad dog darkness what upgrades do you need?
Mad Dog's Darkness says that certain abilities from other styles will apply to this one something like Yinglong Spirit. No need any upgrades only unlock Mad Dog Style

Like a Dragon was my 1st game of the series because I love turn-based jrpgs and then I played Yakuza 0.
Great game, great story but they should have added an easy-automatic mode for the moves, just like Devil May Cry and Bayonetta.
Majima is by far the most beloved character in the series.
I always identified with characters like Vegeta, rather than Kiryu
It's not that complex 💀
