Love ripping down trail one, perfect way to end an awesome ride. Was feeling really good at the end of the day and really started building up some flow and speed towards the end.

Newbie rider here any good spots for beginners on cow mtn?

Not a ton of beginner trails there but there are fire roads to cruise on and a lot of the trails there may be a little much for a beginner but you have to start somewhere to progress, just make sure to take a friend for help.
